Broiled Mahi Mahi Fish Recipe

Ingredients:

4 Mahi Mahi fillets*, (about 1 1/2 lbs)
3 Tbsp butter
3 Tbsp grated fresh romano cheese

Broiled Mahi Mahi Fish Recipe Instructions:

  • Melt butter and mix with cheese.
  • Lightly grease broiler pan and put fish on it: sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Broil fillets (6-8 inches from element) for about 5 minutes.
  • Spoon 1/2 of the butter and cheese over fish: broil another 2 minutes.
  • Turn fish, sprinkle with salt and pepper, pour remaining butter/cheese on top and broil another 8-10 minutes.
  • Try this delicious fish recipe!
  • *You may substitute 4 pounded chicken breasts for the fish, making sure the chicken is no longer pink in the middle after cooking, before serving.

Peppered Salmon Fish Recipe

Ingredients:

1 Tbsp olive oil
4 salmon steaks*, (skinless, about 1.5 lbs)
4 medium green onions, chopped
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce

Peppered Salmon Fish Recipe Instructions:

  • Pour oil in skillet and heat on medium high.
  • Sprinkle pepper to taste (fresh ground preferred) on steaks.
  • Place fish, pepper side down in hot oil, and fry until browned.
  • Turn fish (only do this once), and add onions to skillet.
  • Cook onions 1 minute to the side of the fish.
  • Add 2 Tbsp water and the teriyaki sauce to pan and turn heat down.
  • Gently simmer 10-12 minutes covered, until fish flakes.
  • ENJOY this fish recipe!
  • *Note: the salmon may be replaced with boneless/skinless turkey or chicken breasts.

Baked Halibut Italiano Fish Recipe

Ingredients:

4 halibut steaks, (1 - 1 1/4 lbs)
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 1/2 Tbsp butter or olive oil
1 Tbsp dry italian dressing, (from a packet)

Baked Halibut Italiano Fish Recipe Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Melt butter and add lemon and Italian dressing.
  • Lay fish in an 8x8 pan: pour seasoned lemon butter over.
  • Bake 25-30 minutes, until fish flakes.
  • Enjoy this yummy fish recipe.
